Daniel's First DAR Conference

Friday we took Daniel on his first overnight trip which was to the Tennessee Daughters of the American Revolution Conference in Kingsport, TN. I have been paging at the state DAR convention for 23 years now and it was great to take Daniel and introduce him to everyone. Of course all of the ladies loved him!

For the Opening Ceremonies, Daniel had a tuxedo to match his Daddy's. He looked very cute! However, it didn't start until 7:00 which is a little late for him. He was a little cranky, but tried to be a good sport.

In case you are wondering what is up with the white dresses, as a page I have to wear white.

Daniel said he had had enough!

Here he is the second night. It also started a little late for him so he was really sleepy.

Daniel's first girlfriend

One of the other pages brought her daughter which is 4 months old. They are really close in size as you can see. She reached out and grabbed his shirt and he didn't know what to think!

This was Sunday morning and he was ready to go home.

He said DAR Conferences are hard work but they have great pillows.
